Abstract

This research was conducted to seet how to use the Attorney’s Mobile Application as an attendance and how effective is the effectiveness of applying attendance through the Attorney’s Mobile Aplication in improving employee work discipline. This research is based on an inductive approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. In evaluating effectiveness according to Tangkilisan (2005, p. 141) there are 4 indicators namely target achievement, adaptibility, job satisfaction and responsibility. The use of the Attorney’s Mobile Aplication has been well in improving employee discipline and organizatinal performance. However, there are obstacles, including the precense of employees who come for attendance purposes, not performance-oriented, so that employees are not able to complete tasks on time. Efforts made by the State Attorney are direct supervision of the leadership and the imposition of strict and objective disciplinary punishment according to procedures.
