IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PESTA RAKYAT DI KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS UTARA

The aim of study is to see the implementation of People's Party Policy in Musi Rawas Utara reugency through local government of Musi Rawas Utara Regulation number 17 of 2019 about people’s party. This study is expected to improve the comprehension about socio-politic sensivity in touch with government policy. This is descriptiv qualitative dtudy describing the implementation of Poeple’s Party Policy In Musi Rawas Utara regency focusing deep comprehension, theory development logically and systematically that product real and complex result. Based on the resut of this study, since this policy has been implemented since 16 ^th May of 2021 till now, criminality is decreased. There are 3 purposes of this policy namely (1) briefly minimizing negative actipartons from people night party (2) it has clear regulation that is number 17 of 2019 about people’s party (3) there’s a good internal and external communication proven by communication between local government, council’s of poeple representatives, police departmen, and related institution in the field.

EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN ABSENSI MELALUI APLIKASI KEJAKSAAN MOBILE DI KEJAKSAAAN NEGERI LUBUKLINGGAU

This research was conducted to seet how to use the Attorney’s Mobile Application as an attendance and how effective is the effectiveness of applying attendance through the Attorney’s Mobile Aplication in improving employee work discipline. This research is based on an inductive approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. In evaluating effectiveness according to Tangkilisan (2005, p. 141) there are 4 indicators namely target achievement, adaptibility, job satisfaction and responsibility. The use of the Attorney’s Mobile Aplication has been well in improving employee discipline and organizatinal performance. However, there are obstacles, including the precense of employees who come for attendance purposes, not performance-oriented, so that employees are not able to complete tasks on time. Efforts made by the State Attorney are direct supervision of the leadership and the imposition of strict and objective disciplinary punishment according to procedures.

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the Empowerment Policy and Family Welfare during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Productive Business Development Program in Embacang Baru Ilir Village, Karang Jaya District, North Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques are through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and / verification. The results of the study indicate that the development of cooperative life in Embacang Baru Ilir Village has not yet realized the implementation of community empowerment policies during the covid-19 pandemic. From the Musyawarah aspect, PKK members do not carry out the cooperative life development program . Expertise Aspect that the Embacang Baru Ilir community does not have expertise in family empowerment and welfare programs. The village government did not prepare facilities for the cooperative life development program during the COVID-19 pandemic.

EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN PENETAPAN DAFTAR PEMILIH TETAP PILKADES SERENTAK DESA MAMBANG KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS

The aim of this study is to analyze and describe the evaluation of voters list (DPT) selection policy of village head selection in Mambang village of 2023. Focus of this reseach are effectiveness, efficiency, responsiveness and accuracy principle. This is descriptive qualitative study by using primary and secondary data. The result of this study shows that the evaluation of voters list (DPT) selection policy of village head selection in Mambang village of 2023 has been effective in accordance to regent regulation of Musirawas number 4 of 2022 by using supervision ease. The responsiveness of community reaches 85 percent and the accuray of the election is held ontime.

PEMBERDAYAAN SUKU ANAK DALAM (SAD) MELALUI PENDIDIKAN DI DESA SUNGAI JERNIH KECAMATAN RUPIT KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS UTARA

This study aims to find out about how the empowerment of the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) Through Education in Sungai Jernih Village, Rupit District, North Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a qualitative method through a descriptive approach with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The types of data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) in Sungai Jernih Village, Rupit District, North Musi Rawas Regency, seen from the aspect of awareness, the village government carries out outreach activities in the form of providing educational information, providing knowledge and various abilities in order to form the behavior of life that should be and holding socialization activities, namely starting from visiting the homes of the Suku Anak Dalam community directly and then gathering them at the village office to convey to the Suku Anak Dalam community about the importance of education. Referring to aspect of fostering, the village government organizes a islamic school education program, providing facilities for learning activities and provides teachers to foster and assist Suku Anak Dalam (SAD). Seen from the aspect of independence, the village government already has independence where the village government creates its own program in the form of education for Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) in Sungai Jernih Village, creating independence of Village Government continues to provide ongoing assistance for the independence of the village and Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) community. The obstacles in empowering the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) in Sungai Jernih Village are that Islamic school building still uses the PAUD school building and only has two teachers.
