This research aims to determine the optimal balance between cow feces and sheep feces as a medium for the growth of Pheretima sp worms. This research was carried out for 2 months from January to February 2024 at the Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Musi Rawas University. The design used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments tried were P1 = 50% rice husks + 50% feces (100% cow feces), P2 = 50% rice husks + 50% feces (50% cow feces + 50% sheep feces), P3 = 50% rice husks + 50% feces (25% cow feces + 75% sheep feces) and P4 = 50% rice husks + 50% feces (100% sheep feces). The variables observed were the increase in body weight of the mother, the body weight of the offspring, the body weight of the offspring per head and mortality. Each data was analyzed using ANOVA and continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results of the study showed that giving a balance of cow feces and sheep feces had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on the increase in mother body weight, calf body weight, calf body weight per cow
