PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PT. AKHASA WIRA INTERNATIONAL Tbk. PERIODE 2015-2019.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is the effect of Earning Per Share on stock prices in the company PT. Akhasa Wira International Tbk. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Earning Per Share on stock prices in the company PT. Akhasa Wira International Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variable in this study is Earning Per Share. The dependent variable is the stock price. The sample used in this study is PT. Akhasa Wira International Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the analysis technique uses simple linear regression t test. Based on the results of the t test analysis calculation, the results show t count> t table, namely 1.034> 0.706 with a significance value of Earning Per Share on stock prices of 0.021, where the significance value is smaller than 0.025. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The analysis results show that the Earnings Per Share variable has a significant effect on stock prices. The independent variable can explain its effect on the dependent variable, stock price, by 26.3%, and the remaining 73.7% (100% - 26.3%) is explained by other factors outside the x-variable.
